Return Policy

You have a 30-day return period, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personal care items (such as cosmetics)

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

As with standard returns, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
